I provide therapy sessions through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. SimplePractice functions similarly to Zoom but is specifically designed for healthcare, ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and a secure therapeutic environment during online sessions.

I am not in-network with insurance companies by choice, which allows me to provide more individualized care without the constraints often imposed by insurance plans. Many clients choose to use their Out-of-Network (OON) benefits and receive partial reimbursement for therapy services. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your Out-of-Network benefits, reimbursement rates, and submission requirements.
How Out-of-Network (OON) Reimbursement Works:
I provide a monthly superbill.
You submit the superbill to your insurance provider.
If your plan includes OON benefits, your insurance will reimburse a portion of the session fee—often between 40–70%, depending on your specific policy.
