Approach to Therapy
I use an integrative approach that blends theory, data, and evidence-based practices to support each client’s treatment goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we work together to identify what is most effective for you while creating a structured path toward meaningful, lasting change.
Professional Training & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Business Administration from Queens University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), The Gottman Method, and the Enneagram. This breadth of training allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and clinical presentation.
Preparing for Your First Session
I respond to all inquiries by scheduling a brief, informal video consultation. This initial conversation allows us to discuss your concerns, clarify goals, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together. If I believe another provider may better support your needs, I am happy to offer a referral to a trusted colleague.
